GodsWar: "The First 3D MMORPG Browser Game on Facebook"

GodsWar Online is MMORPG created by IGG. The game is set in Ancient Greece with a Greek mythology theme. GodsWar Online was released last May 2009. There are a total of 4 different classes which include: Warrior, Champion, Mage, and Priest. Players can choose their starting city which will either be Ancient Sparta or Ancient Athens. The city chosen will decide where the player starts off in the game. Each city has quests which can be used to obtain experience, talent points, equipment and/or silver. Besides the normal monsters there are a number of bosses in GODSWAR ONLINE and are much more difficult to defeat than normal monsters.

Will Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 be an iPad 2 killer?

Samsung has taken the opening salvo against the iPad 2, coming out with the would-be iPad killer, the Galaxy Tab 10.1, at the Super Bowl of the smart phone world, the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.

The tab is more iPad-sized (the better to watch HD movies), runs on the tablet-specific Android Honeycomb platform, takes 8 megapixel photos, allows for improved video chats with a 2 megapixel front-facing camera and includes a one-gigahertz Tegra 2 dual core processor to power everything. Some could say it's steroids-injected version of the 7-inch tab that fell quickly into 2 million hands after its November debut, but this could be a much more evolved and sophisticated device.

Samsung revealed the new tab and a new mobile phone, the Galaxy S II, at an event they called "Unpacked 2011," which looks a lot like an Apple product launch event. (Maybe that's the thing to do now.)

The phone is a souped up version of its smart phone predecessors, with a walloping big 4.3" Super AMOLED Plus screen in a slimmer frame, with the same camera specs as the tab. Also like the tab, it has a dual core processor and supports 1080p video (though the experience will probably be more enjoyable on the bigger screen!). With improved battery life, it will run on Gingerbread (Google Android 2.3). It will also feature some Near Field Communication technology that will allow it to be used as a mobile wallet/payment system. 

Dubbed "the ultimate entertainer," the tab is being marketed as a mobile multimedia hub for those who want to take their leisure pursuits — games, e-books, Facebook, Twitter, music and movies/TV shows —  on the go. Besides the bigger screen, the dual surround-sound speakers add to that private theater effect. It's also lost the glossy back of the smaller tab and is slimmer.

Samsung Galaxy Tab II 10.1

Samsung Electronics Co Ltd. announced the two new addition to the Galaxy Tab family. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 and Galaxy Tab 8.9.  Claiming now to be the thinnest  Tablet in the world at 8.6mm.

The official Galaxy Tab 10.1  is different from the one shown at the Mobile World Congress 2011. Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 and 8.9 has the new Touch Wiz UX, a Samsung proprietary user interface for Android 3.0 Honeycomb. Unlike the Motorola XOOM which uses the default UI of Honeycomb.

The display is a WXGA  TFT LCD   at 1200×800 pixels that supports FULL HD playback. Both have dual core processor and it is safe to assume that is powered by Nvidia Tegra 2. The 10.1 version weighs 595grams and the 8.9 @ 470 grams respectively.

“The GALAXY Tab 10.1 and 8.9 are pre-loaded with Readers Hub and Music Hub giving consumers instant access to more than 2.2 million books, 2,000 newspaper (49 languages), 2,300 magazines (22 languages), and 13 million songs. The devices are also designed with Samsung′s Social Hub, which will aggregate email, instant messaging, contacts, calendar and social network connections into a single interface.”

Both Galaxy Tab 10.1 and 8.9 will have WiFi only version along with the original version that supports 3G. GALAXY Tabs will support HSPA＋ network speeds of up to 21Mbps as well as Bluetooth® and Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n connectivity.

Facebook Games: FarmVille

       FarmVille is a real-time farm simulation game developed by Zynga, available as an application on the social-networking website Facebook and as an App on both the Apple iPhone and Android. The game allows members of Facebook to manage a virtual farm by planting, growing and harvesting virtual crops and trees, as well as raising livestock. FarmVille started as a clone of the popular Farm Town on Facebook in June 2009, but has since grown to be its most popular application, with over 62 million active users and over 24.6 million Facebook application fans as of September 2010. The total FarmVille users are over 10% of the users of Facebook. Despite this, Farmville is still classed by Zynga as being in Beta testing stage, with "all of [their] players ... currently considered Testers." On February 4, 2010, Microsoft's MSN Games has also launched FarmVille on its website, requiring a Facebook account but not a Windows Live ID in order to play the game. On June 7, 2010, at Apple's WWDC, the CEO of Zynga announced that they were porting FarmVille for the Flash-less iOS platform. iPhone 4

The iPhone 4 is a slate smartphone developed by Apple. It is the fourth generation of iPhone, and successor to the iPhone 3GS. It is particularly marketed for video calling, consumption of media such as books and periodicals, movies, music, and games, and for general web and e-mail access. It was announced on June 7, 2010, at the WWDC 2010 held at the Moscone Center, San Francisco,[7] and was released on June 24, 2010 in the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany and Japan.

The iPhone 4 runs Apple's iOS operating system, the same operating system as used on previous iPhones, the iPad, and the iPod Touch. It is primarily controlled by a user's fingertips on the multi-touch display, which is sensitive to fingertip contact.

The most noticeable difference between the iPhone 4 and its predecessors is the new design, which incorporates an uninsulated stainless steel frame that acts as the device's antenna. The internal components of the device are situated between two panels of chemically strengthened aluminosilicate glass.[8] It has an Apple A4 processor and 512 MB of eDRAM, twice that of its predecessor and four times that of the original iPhone. Its 3.5-inch (89 mm) LED backlit liquid crystal display with a 960×640 pixel resolution is marketed as the "Retina Display". Some iPhone 4 buyers have reported signal reduction when the phone is held in certain ways, especially in the left hand, as the antenna problem is in the bottom left corner of the phone's side casing. The company has offered customers a free case until September 30, 2010, or a refund within 30 days of purchase, as cases have been shown to correct this antenna problem.[9] The latest operating system release, iOS 4.1, added functionality such as high dynamic range photos and the Game Center.

1.) MGA TUPPERWARE- mga creatures na tupperware as in plastik na kapag kaharap ka ay mistulang anghel sa bait pero pagtalikod mo ay inis pala sa iyo at sinisiraan ka sa iba.
2.) MGA STRAW- isa na namang uri ng plastik ngunit mas malupit dahil teachers ang target ng mga ito. Naglalayon silang maging teacher's pet sa pamamagitan ng pagSIPSIP(kaya nga straw, eh!) Ipaalala sa mga straw: "Dahan-dahan lang, baka madehydrate nyan si ma'am!)
3.) MGA COPYCAT- aba eh sino naman ang hindi kukulo ang dugo kapag nakita mo ang project na pinag-isipan mo nang matagal ay parang xerox copy ang papel ng copycat na ito. Eto yung mga kamag-aral mong tuwing may project making ay halos lumabas ang eyeballs sa kakokopya ng ideya ng lahat!
4.) MGA PARASITES- hindi ito harmful na insekto pero pwede ring ituring na isa sa kanila. Sila yung mga kapag nagpakuha ng papel si Ma'am ay nagiging instant close friends kayo. Hindi maaaring mawalan ng ganito sa isang klase kaya hindi umaabot ng isang buwan ang lifespan ng mga gamit mo sa eskwela.
5.) MGA KSP o Kulang sa pansin. Sila ung mga klasmeyt na laging nagpapapansin sa yo kahit hindi na sila pinapansin. Dala siguro yun ng pagkainggit nila sau. Wahaha!
6.) MGA TRYING HARD Sila ung tipong mayayabang na kapag bigayan na ng mga grades e saksakan ng yayabang. Pero mga trying hard naman pala sa pangongopya sa katabi pag oras ng exam. Tandaan: "kung sino pa ang mga nagyayabang sa una ay sila pa ang bumabagsak sa huli! Wag magyabang kung hindi naman sa sariling uTAK nanggaling ang kaalaman at huwag magyabang dahil may FINALS pa!
7.) MGA JUAN TAMAD Sila ung mga tipo na kapag may mga pagsusulit ay kampante pang hindi magreview at tiyak na aasa na lang sayo para pakopyahin sila at pag nabagsak tipong sisisihin kapa? Mga hunghang ! Magsariling-sikap kayo kung gusto nyong pumasa.. Tandaan: "Ang pangongopya, lalong nakakaBOBO sa mga utak na mahina!
